This arrived in a black velvet pouch inside a zipped pouch. At first sight I was impressed with the quality of the necklace and the overall look which is very beautiful and unique. when I took it out everything was open which immediately made me suspicious. When trying to put it together, I noticed another potential problem. It didn't fold up as tightly as you'd expect from something with pictures around your neck. It was very loose and when I tried to snap it into place I found it wasn't. When everything is assembled, the latches on each side flip up and snap into small holes at the top of each side. The problem is that the latches are not bent properly and will not engage, instead the whole locket just falls apart. The other issue is that it's very loose when folded, so all the internal parts just slide around. That makes it even harder to save. I have to add one more note to this. If you've included multiple photos this might provide enough volume to hold the snaps, but given the overall fit I'd be surprised. Bottom line, this is a great and really cool idea with poor execution. I can only give 2 stars.
