Benefits - This seat is easy to assemble and took about 5 minutes to ride from start to finish even when fully adjusted. - Shorter riders (I'm 5ft 7in) need to lower the bike seat for balance when you come to a full stop. I had to plan my stops to have an elevated position. There were some flat descents due to the seat belt. - Uncomfortable pedaling angle.
