This is a very good price and will protect your carpet. I installed mine in my seven seater Kia Sotento. He's pretty thin. Easily trimmed with scissors with pre-formed channels without looking messy or untidy. My SUV is not small and I still had to cut two rows on each side. It's wide enough but not deep enough to fully cover the carpet in my Sorento. It should be about 6 inches longer in depth. Although you can trim the width to fit, there is nothing you can do if it's too short. Not high quality, but not a great price either! Satisfactory and inexpensive is the best description. The best cost about 5 times as much. It's flat so liquids, melted snow, etc. can't get in, but it helps protect the cargo area carpet from dust, dirt and grime. Or at least the part it covers!
