I like my new lighting system, although the price seems a bit high. Plug-and-play models are significantly cheaper, but take up a socket. The main benefit for me was that it didn't take up any of my precious 110 outlets in the kitchen, but there was a bright light under the cabinet so when cutting food I could actually see what I was doing. I have no experience with wiring, I would recommend installing this, but luckily my wife has enough experience. We put it under the cupboard, under which there was already a socket. We connected the wiring to an existing outlet and turned on a light nearby. He interrupts the job and crashes into the wall. The light is quite bright. It is easy to turn on and off and the lamp life should last for years. My only concern is that after 100,000 hours it won't last as long as it's supposed to. If it really lasts 100,000 hours, I'll never have to change the light. Usually I only have one hour a day.
