This service has been great for us because we have had to change our domain name recently and couldn't find another good one that was available at the time. The process of getting it set up and transferred was very easy and professional and the customer support team were great to deal with. I can see why other companies would use this instead of their own name registrar. At the moment, the only thing about this service that could be improved would be more control over who we share our names with. We wanted to retain the privacy benefits of using a third party name provider but also ensure that when people search for our names, they are directed to our main site so there isn't confusion when searching for similar products or services.
