Updated review 11 August 2021 : All shaggy fibers fall out after less than 2 weeks of use. I kept seeing gray fluff on the floor and eventually figured out the source. The fibers do not come from the quilted edges, but from the entire center of the rug. It's a mess and they go straight in the trash. The care instructions state that it can be machine washed in cold water and tumble dried. I received a gray Egyphy Luxury Shaggy rug measuring 17" x 24". It is absorbent and soft and can make a good bath mat. Feels particularly comfortable under bare feet.
