The bag was packed well, it also came with 2 straps: one chain for crossbody and one for you to easily wrap around your arm. But one of my chains wouldn't open so I contacted the company and asked for a chain replacement and they were happy to help! The bag is beautiful, haven't used it yet, will update this to see how it holds up and how long it lasts.
