Another disappointed customer

Can't believe I bought these filters without reading the negative reviews first. Negative reviews are TRUE. I installed the first filter on July 18th, 2018 and couldn't believe how long it took to empty the tank. Then, on August 1st, 2018, it stopped working. That's 2 weeks for a filter advertised as good for 6 months. Also the taste of filtered water is not as good as I expected. Bottled water is better. As a long-time Britta user, I am looking for a new filter system. With all the bad reviews, it seems like Britta or Revane don't care about their product or their customers anymore. Perhaps Mr. Bezos is more concerned with his space endeavors than his company. Refund or replacement for 2 packs of longlast filters. Since I had a long and satisfying relationship with Britta, I opted for the replacement option. BIG MISTAKE! The replacement filters were just as defective as the ones I originally received. The first filter was installed on August 17, 2018. On August 30, the tank emptied through the filter from 6 to 8 hours. And now there's a spotted, striped substance on the inside of the white tank. When I first called Britta I was told that about 10% of their filters from an unnamed manufacturer were defective. What is the probability that I will fail a second time? BUYER BEWARE!
