I watched every YouTube video I could find. Then I went to Harbor Freight and bought a circle cutter to cut out the seat backs. I've had too many accidents with sharp knives and hard plastic. The front cuts were easy, but a video said not to cut the seams, while the manufacturer's instructions say to cut the seam 1/4 inch. I ended up cutting through because I needed space. The instructions didn't say to remove the flap left over from the incisions, so I didn't. They also don't say to remove the foam. I just pushed it in and pushed the inserts in until they clicked together. I got miles in fabric in the front corner for 1 seat. I was able to smear the coating with black silicone to stop this. Seat belts still cover this area. The rear inserts don't match the shape of the RZR seat, but I'm sure that saved quite a bit of money and hassle. I like the seat belts that are dropped on my shoulders.
