I got this because I needed to replace an old floor on my patio. The old flooring I took out was ugly and torn in a few places so I decided to take it after looking at the reviews. It looks great from a short distance, so I decided to take it instead of the more expensive options. Pros: - Low price - Easy to install, just peel and stick. Cons: - Not textured, so it looks very flat when viewed (My old vinyl tile, while very ugly, had little texture, making it look more like tile and grout than a perfectly flat surface). That's because the textures of the print were a bit wrong - the glue is very sticky when you peel off the backing and stick to your hand, but didn't stick well on my not very flat surface (concrete). I just added some glue and it stuck really well. Overall I knew what I was getting when I bought it and it met my needs well for the price so don't complain!
