I got this to slightly widen a component of the rear rack (I could rebuild the whole rack as it's adjustable in length, but didn't want to throw it away and redo it them the ones I made when ordering a wooden table top that I made for them). Works, but installation is a little cumbersome. Also, no matter how you attach it to the rack, it adds enough thickness that my component can't get out of the rear mounting bracket properly. It took a lot of fiddling to make it happen. As far as I know, this is the only design flaw. Otherwise he did what he had to do.
