Terrible pillows. I'll save them and use them in my tickets because it's too hard to get them back now, but they're awful. Call. I usually just don't say anything unless it's really bad. And I really need to talk about it. First the packaging: the pillows were squeezed into a box that was too small. They were in an open plastic bag, unsealed, so you'd think they'd been used before. Serious? The pillows themselves are of very poor quality. Very lumpy (you can even see filler bumps through the pads), and the case is super-thin cheap synthetic fabric; It looks like it will rip in just a few uses. The filling is completely uneven and cannot be moved. And they are very thick/bulky. I can't imagine anyone sleeping on it without hurting their neck.
