Great headset, with a little trouble

Great headset for conference calls, music or even video games. The sound quality is phenomenal. Extremely high-resolution sound. Collapsible for compact storage. I bought it partly to record voice for instructional videos, but the quality of the voice is too "fuzzy" to record clearly. My only real complaint is that the mic doesn't fold with the rest of the headset, so it's a bit awkward when the headset is folded. The rest is fantasy.
