Unsatisfactory quality, I wont buy it anymore.
Don't get it if you need hotspot mode. Maybe with the release of new firmware the situation will improve. I don’t know why there is a race of diagonals and sizes of smartphones. It happens even worse, for example Redme Note 9 Pro, but this model feels like a “brick”, you don’t want to take it in your hands again, it’s heavy and thick. The screen is large, respectively icons and menus too, you have to make more movements to reach the right place, as a result, everything is done slowly.
- The included case prevents the cameras from touching the surface on which the phone rests. Otherwise, the device is "like everyone else", everything is on the level.
- I use the phone as a Wi-Fi access point - it works terribly, constant channel freezes, packet loss. It very quickly changes the operating modes of 3G-4G-H +, tries to adjust, as a result, the connection is constantly breaking, pings are hundreds of ms. Speed 3-5 Mbps. In the same place with the same SIM, the old Mi4 stands like a tank, 20 Mbps without failures, pings are less than 50 ms. A colleague had a similar new device for repair, problems with communication and spontaneous reboot.
