The work quality, consistency of style, the amount of options to customize every project we worked on was great. Some projects were more difficult for us because there was a lack of knowledge in some parts which made it really hard for us to understand and implement what they want. There were times where their communication wasn't the best, but this could be easily fixed by communicating again which solved our problem. We used Supero for 4 years now as our agency and I can honestly say that they are one of the best agencies we've ever been working with. They have all the skills we needed to manage big projects, to communicate and to deliver exactly what we wanted. The team of designers at superO are very creative, professional & responsive to our needs! They also have an outstanding support structure that always delivers what we need when needed most (including after hours!). Nothing really - they make great products for us in terms of branding/marketing materials as well as web-based applications which help drive new business opportunities with clients online or offline events held by them.
