I have owned this headrest for a little over 3 years and have a few complaints which I know can be subjective. First, good. The materials you see match the chair perfectly and it looks quite elegant. However, curb appeal isn't everything when it comes to ergonomics. My main gripe is that it requires a lot of tweaking to make it sit at a decent angle to allow my head to rest without getting twisted. In most configurations, the headrest forces my head forward at an awkward angle, which is counterproductive to the way my spine wants to relax when I recline. So I have to get up, change the angle, sit down, see if it's right, and do it over and over again to find that one valid point. When you receive the product, you will most likely also need to remove the screw covers and tighten the screws so that the headrest does not immediately lose its configuration when you sit down. I feel like this headrest carries the Herman Miller Aeron name, which is why they doubled the price, have no adjustment options and don't serve the ergonomic purpose.
