Ten minutes of scissor work and we have the perfect fit
We have a dining table with 5 (!) legs, each of which is a 2.8 x 3.1 rectangle, with a small rounded edge the bottom . lower. None of the standard gaskets will fit, and the smaller ones usually come off. With these sheets I was able to trim and get full coverage with no exposed glue or wide thick spacers. We are very happy. By the way, it cost about $13 at the time of purchase, but we only used 1 1/2 of the 12 sheets. There are so many left that we will "refresh" pads for a number of other items. I'm even trying to use it as a sound and vibration isolator for some drive cases.
