I took a chance on this because there was no real sizing listed. The size XXL fit me (size 20W in most tops and pants), but it does not feel like "firm" control. It is comfortable to wear, easy to flex and bend while wearing it, no sensation of unpleasantness. Kind of like a tight t-shirt might feel. So in that regard it was a pleasant surprise (because it was not painful like the Squeem I tried several years ago), but it is also a disappointment (because it is not firm control).I thought some reviewer had said this was a sewn-together tube that had to be stepped into (or pulled on overhead like a top), but mine had a row of hooks and it was mildly difficult to hook on and off. I may use this as an undergarment with certain dresses I own, which would benefit from the slight compression, but otherwise it is going to sit in the drawer. Perhaps if I'd gotten an XL instead, it would feel more firming, but then, it would have been much harder to hook
