Not bad but shaky when I sleep
This is a good product but a buckle or some kind of clip could be better. Sports watches should be worn 2 inches above the wrist to prevent light from falling underneath and falsifying readings. I wear it on my biceps to keep the light out. The group is weakened by tossing and turning during sleep. Too bad there was no clip or clasp on the adjustment buckle. I rate it 4 out of 5 anyway.
