We tried different wheelchair cushions and even the expensive therapist recommended foam cushions failed after only about a month. They had a permanent concave section of just over 100lb patient use. This pillow is perfect! Protects against contact wounds with its design. If more or less air is required after use, this is easily possible. The person using it loves this pillow and that's all that matters to me. Blue Ridge's customer service is fantastic, they helped me get additional coverage. I would give 10 stars if I could!
