I have used this solution for years, it was always reliable in terms of performance to support our video needs as well all other types needed by customers like email services etc.. nothing much about it but its reliability! No problems at least so far since we started using VDMS from over 10yrs ago!! We never had issues or downtime during those times when there were outages due weather related events (power outage)etc., which made us confident enought o use any vendor. If you are looking into Video Conferencing then look no further than an established player such EMC/eVDI providers who can be trusted even now after almost 20 yrs of existence - they will most definitely deliver what their reputations says. Have been working together wth them more often lately just because my current employer uses some very old products hence need new solutions every.
