It was almost impossible to return the goods. I wasted a trip to the Revain center because I don't have a phone that reads QR codes. The person at the center could not tell me how to return the item. I returned home and spent 2 hours on your website figuring out how to return an item without using a QR code. In the end I gave up after going through the circles you put me through. I looked at the address I believe you received the return from and mailed you the item in a standard USPS mailed envelope along with a letter of explanation. I have no idea if you received my package or if my credit card will be charged correctly. Your system is broken 1. in its advertising, 2. in its assumption that all goods return via QR code, 3. in the lack of training of your center employees and 4. in the cluttered circular shitty maze of your website, like things can be returned. I'm done with Revain and will no longer buy from Revain in the future, but directly from manufacturers and wholesalers. Also, my wife was tricked into becoming a member of Revain Prime. She has attempted to take automatic monthly payments from her credit card but cannot contact anyone to cancel them at Revain. We will block your credit card to stop your illegal payments.
