Review on ePhotoInc 15x15 T Shirt Heat Press Machine Transfer 1515BLK by Tara Ford

This heat press was a real problem from the start. From the start, the release handle is difficult to lift, but we figured it was because the machine is brand new. NO! We thought maybe we just need it to solve, it's brand new. again NO! The plate heats up unevenly, so the picture does not stick to the entire t-shirt, the handle not only twitches very strongly, but also feels hot. We have to use a kitchen glove when trying to squeeze something. I need to be able to customize the print on some of our garments, but that's just not possible with this product. We contacted the company but nothing happened. We are not new to using a heat press. This is our third press, so we know very well how to use it. We purchased an extra warranty so hopefully Revain will help with this issue as the seller wasn't. Buyer beware.
