What about the toy my son is a month or two old. He was just teething and he liked it. Now he loves it, he can no longer do without it. Holds up great. Now he is 7 months old, has 4 teeth and the toy looks the same as when he first bought it and he chews on it every day. No holes, no real intentions. I wash it as often as I wash its bottles. I hand wash everything so I don't know how I would survive in the dishwasher but when I boiled everything to sterilize it didn't melt or anything and he likes it warm.
