OK! I've ordered this item twice and both times Revain sent me a more expensive XLT pliers with tiny handles that I just can't use! I use my needle nose from home so it's ok I'm still pushing the product out the door. We use our own tools at work, and when all the pens are the same color, they are easy to see. I use blue channel locks. So no jobber can just take them and start "forget" and stick them in their gear. And all my hand tools have blue handles. Others have red, green, etc. Yes, that's a minor thing! but if it's that small then I expect Revain to send me the correct item as well. That too is a small thing!
