I was thinking about lightening strips but I'm so glad I got this set instead. It's so easy to apply and you keep the light on your teeth/between your lips for just 20 minutes. I've been using it for a few days and I've already noticed a slight lightening. I'm a coffee drinker and my teeth aren't that stained, but I really want a whiter and brighter smile. There is a gel that can be smeared with mint flavor before applying light. When you're done, just brush your teeth. So far I haven't had any sensitivity problems!
