The platform sells products from electronic products, household goods and some other categories and is professional in this regard. But it is still a new platform and it needs both time and great experience to become global. Actually, although it is new, the platform is doing very well, I think this is because Gearbest uses the experience of bigger and more powerful platforms. I think it's an excellent strategy, because some major platforms have been able to grow this way.
Although the customer base is small, customer satisfaction is above average, which is the result of the great attention given to customers by Gearbest. In their comments, customers also state that they are very satisfied with the 24/7 support team. Gearbest's biggest difference from some other similar platforms is that it has a mobile app. This is a very good detail and I think it is very important for the comfort of the customers.
