Unreliable best meat product
We tried two of these on a five pound turkey breast. The first showed up in an hour. Another tried to pop out two hours later, but the red button appeared to have melted and never fully popped out. We used our instant-read electronic thermometer to bring the turkey up to the recommended temperature. Don't trust these pop-ups without backup plan.
