Review on Fritz Aquatics FritzZyme 7 Nitrifying Bacteria: The Ultimate Solution for Freshwater Aquariums by Sheila Harris

After the purchase I had to realize that this "miracle cure" only had a small chance of really fulfilling its purpose of speeding up the crossing of the aquarium. As always I have carefully read all the positive and negative reviews and since there are so many more positive than negative I have decided it was a worthwhile purchase. About 2 weeks after I installed Fritz Zyme in my new aquarium (the previous filter medium was not used as I don't have one), the aquarium parameters remained unchanged at the same level. Blatant false advertising by the company: THAT'S NOT LIKE THIS. WONDER PRODUCT! THIS IS NOT GUARANTEED TO WORK! Even if you hear success stories here, be aware that the chances of this actually working are very slim! The only thing I've personally heard from other aquarium owners is that bottled bacteria works 1/100 times and is mostly just overpriced bottled pond water. Please consider this before spending money on bottled bacteria!
