The board outputs 5V when connected to a 5V power supply. Outputs 3.3V when connected to 3.3V
When connected to a USB output of a PC (5V) the pinout gave me 5V. When I actually connected it to a 3.3V V power supply connected, I got 3.3V on the pins.
