I have a 30 year old Kitchen Aid Mixer and have been changing flat beaters for a long time because the white coating on the bottom is peeling off. I bought this whisk thinking there was no more faded white finish but I got something BETTER. The packaging of this recycled product states that the whisk must not touch the sides or bottom of the mixing bowl, and instructions on how to adjust the height of the mixing head to do so. A simple turn of a screwdriver was enough. I have not even used this product but it has already given me more satisfaction than I have ever had from these flat racquets in 3 decades.
