I bought this bag in brown and I liked it so much I bought a second bag in grey. This rating refers to the gray bag. I will say that there isn't as much graininess and color difference as there is in the pictures on the web, but it still looks very stylish. It's a nice cool gray color. It's not purple or green like some gray products. The straps are pretty soft. My only criticism of this particular bag is that the inside zip pocket doesn't work. I didn't have this problem with the brown bag. The other zippers work well and as I rarely close the inside pocket I don't think this will be a problem for me. And although the interior is made of dark brown fabric, it still fits the appearance and does not spoil it. Matching interior fabric and a functional interior zip pocket would give this bag 5/5 stars.
