I have a 10 year old 20 gallon compressor and after switching to cordless power tools/portable gas generators I moved my compressor to a secluded corner of the barn. I recently found that because I needed to change a tire on a garden tractor and my little pump was powerful enough to install a bead, I pulled out my compressor only to find the hose rotted and the fittings rusty or full were dirt. what i didn't do I don't want to risk my equipment. After doing a little research on the internet to evaluate everything, I went to a big store to buy an inflator, in-line filter and other fittings. In the store I found that buying parts on Amazon is much cheaper. My setup is not a professional operation and is only used a few times a month. Therefore, no reliable premium brands are needed. My needs could be a nameless budget quality product if made well enough to last a while. I plan to upgrade to better items once my barn remodel is complete and my built in air system is in place. With this kit I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the parts. Many fittings even had a red coating on the threads to prevent air leaks. Hose, quick couplings, inflator with pressure gauge and blower - everything is fine. The filter looks just as good. I've only used the fittings and inflator a couple of times but so far it's working and I'm happy with the kit. I currently recommend this product and will update the review if I have any parts issues in the future.
