Received yesterday and the product was not defective. Today I tried to put it on and in three places the seams began to separate along the bottom seam. This item is also NOT SUITABLE if you have a winch attached. If I removed all the wires/solenoid, that could be it. This product is useless if you keep your winch ready to use or if your magnet is on the winch itself and not placed elsewhere. Warning Upgrade Model VR10000 - After 3 months of partial sun exposure and UV treatment this product has started to grey. . At 8 months, the upper part is white (with treatment) and the sides are black below and gray towards the top.
