I put three only because I really liked the mouse, so I need even less. The quality has gone down a lot. My old Logtech mice g400s and MX310 served for 5 years, the legs and buttons were already rubbed there. Here, after half a year, I stopped rewinding the wheel normally, the firmware helped for another half a year, and then it got even worse. One would think this is a type of defective copy. But I bought 3 of these mice. And on the second one, after a couple of weeks, the first symptoms of the wheel disease appeared - when I move the mouse sharply, the scroll starts to work and switches weapons in games. So far, everything is fine with the third mouse, but I only use it at work and not too often. The warranty has also been reduced from 3 years to 2 years. Also, the warranty itself was ruined. In general, it’s not difficult for me to take it to the store, and I wouldn’t even write to support and then mess around with UPS and couriers if there weren’t such a need. But the store where I bought this mouse was closed for good. As a result, after words of support that we can’t help in any way, and the mouse will be changed quickly and easily in the store, I went halfway through the city (the branches near the house were all closed) to the still working branch. As a result, as a memory from the mouse, I only had a safe receipt from the closed store. So I sit for a month, waiting for an "easy and quick" replacement. I doubt very much that I will take their next generation of mice, I don’t see any more advantages (I used to think of it as a guarantee) at a rather high price and reduced quality.
