I have a pair of Monoprice wireless headphones (product number: 30922) with an audio jack that was audio only and had no microphone interface. I have this to add the microphone function when connecting to my work PC which doesn't support bluetooth for security and it works like a charm. On calls, the audio is decent and my mic gain was a little low, but considering my office is a bit noisy, this was appreciated. I recommend playing around with a voice recorder or other application that uses a microphone to see how well it's picking up and if you need to fiddle with the settings. All in all, I'm pretty damn happy with this cable and its performance over the past month. would definitely recommend it to others facing the same problem as me.
