Review on 🎧 Hana SH Series Moving Coil Cartridges for Enhanced SEO by Victor Houser

The low-power version of this cartridge got all the praise, but I chose the high-power version. I don't know why as all my phono stages are easily tuned. But I have no regrets because this pickup sounds fantastic! I can't think of a cartridge I like more and over the years I have had several different cartridges - Shelter, Grado, Clearaudio, Grace, Nagaoka, Denon, Dinavector. I liked all of the ones I listed once they were set up. As I can only use one pickup at a time I can't say if it's superior to the others but what I can say is that it's an amazingly good sounding pickup with warmth and detail at the same time. It transports the bass confidently and confidently, yet the highs remain open and the sound is as good, if not better, than anything I've ever heard. Definitely worth the price for less than 1k. Definitely recommended. Of course you need a good phono preamp to get the most out of it - I recommend Sutherland phono preamps.
