Fits my 98 K1500 like a glove. The only problem was that the "valve stem" on the underside was not tightened. I already had a tool for this, so it was an easy fix. On my truck, installation was very easy and took 30 minutes. You'll have to remove the grille to get to a port, but it's easy. YouTube this part if you don't know how. Otherwise it fits straight away, all curves are perfect and the o-rings are pre-installed. They include an extra set of O-rings in case you lose or damage one. A good product.
