Absolute rubbish! in rolls for plates

NO WHEELS WORK! Everything works from easy to extreme not in a circle. I'm hoping it's just the rubber not seating properly in the hub and some weight will fix that. I tried putting some pressure on them and squeezing the wheel in (it didn't help) and then I heard the sound of the wheel bearings. There is also something wrong. All make clicking noises only under the pressure I apply with my hand. I don't know what to do with them! I very much doubt they can handle or move 250 pounds per wheel, not sure I would even trust them with 50 or 100 pounds per wheel.
