Leg Hurts in Shaft

As the title of my review suggests, the shaft hurts! The design of the upper of the shoe puts uncomfortable pressure on the top of the foot. It was pressure, not friction, so there were no blisters. It wasn't so bad that I couldn't wear it and couldn't stand it for a full 12 hour shift, but why does a part of your clothing or shoes hurt or bother you from the start of your shift? If you have a job where robes and clogs are the standard uniform, chances are you also walk a lot. If something hurts, it can ruin the mood right from the start. I've tried wearing these shoes for 7 or 8 layers just to see if they get any better. Unfortunately not. Also, the insoles and velcro creaks when walking. It's easy to fix - Talk. I used Gold Bond. It worked great. Simply remove the insole, sprinkle generously and replace the insole. I sprinkled some Gold Bond on the top of the boot where leather met leather and that eliminated the squeaking.
