My grandson is 55 inches tall and weighs 76 pounds. His physique is very thin, the mannequin small. I ordered it in size 14. They will likely shrink a bit after washing/drying so I figured I'd buy a bigger one. The next size down would fit him like a glove who he hates. These pajamas are made from medium weight t-shirt material
