This gave me relief in a single use! My scalp is itchy so much I'm even bleeding from the scratches! I haven't used balm, its texture is like fat and I don't know how to use it. The shampoo leaves marks on my hair and makes it look a bit greasy, but afterwards I am told to use a different shampoo. but it's worth it to relieve the itch!
