top opens at the drop of a hat, and it could use a pressure release vent.
It is a big bottle and holds a lot of water. However, when attempting to pour water from it, it glugs a lot because it doesn't have a pressure release vent and so vacuum builds up in it. As for its leakproof ness, the bottle itself is pretty good, assuming that you get the lid threaded on strait, but the latch on the cap is laughably weak and I have had it tip over and spill all over my car on several occasions. I have taken to seat-belting it in to avoid spills.
