Recommended by teachers, perfect for rock painting. There were all the colors we could need. The pens have thin enough tips to give good detail, but that also means it takes time to apply color over large areas. You squeeze/pump the pen tips to bring out the color so you can just draw with a primed pen or create thick color by pressing the stone while coloring. In our experience, drying times range from many (30?) minutes for a thin coat of paint to several hours or even overnight for a thicker coat of paint. Holds up well with minimal fading. Children can use them, but under supervision. The color comes off the skin after a few days.
