The crinoline is not nearly as fluffy/fluffy as in the stock photo. I ordered it because I needed a really big/full crinoline skirt that would fit a taller woman. It states that it must fit a waist of up to 43.5 inches (110 cm) or a height of up to 24W. I measured my daughter before ordering. Her waist is 43 inches and she wears 22W. It had to be big enough to fit her. But as you can see from the photo it is too small. It has an elastic band with Velcro and a drawstring. He said it came with a ribbon and shows the ribbon in the photo. But what we have looks like a shoelace. We can't close velcro because the waist is too small. Luckily the rope holds him. But because he's too small, her butt keeps him about 3 inches off the ground at the back. This is definitely not suitable for a 24W tall person. The seam at the top of the skirt has already come straight out of the packaging. Cheap fabric tears at the seam. I'm sure it will get worse with wear and tear. The only positives are that it comes with a storage bag and the hoops are flexible so you can sit down without lifting the front end in the air. It can properly size up to 20W (even that can be a bit cramped), but no bigger.
