Stops working after 3 weeks!

Doesn't work anymore after 3 weeks! I had it permanently plugged into the wall for 3 weeks and then one day it stopped working. get what you pay for. I do not understand it.

Pros

RCA In and RCA/TRS Out: This mini preamp has stereo RCA inputs, stereo RCA and TRS outputs. Connect your turntable to the RCA inputs and ground. Then connect the amplifier's receiver to the RCA/TRS outputs. (DC 12V adapter included)
