Review on 💧 PUR PFM350V Faucet Mount with Enhanced Metallic Design by Chad Judex

I bought it last December (2018) and it finally died two months ago. When I first got it it kept leaking because the pucks they gave me weren't big enough. Having a conventional faucet I didn't realize that an extra washer would be needed to stop the leak. "Unscrewed" for a few months now because the rotating mount doesn't work like it did on the previous model. If you don't tighten it enough, it will leak. If you tighten it, it will not rotate on the mount (so it can be removed from the road when washing dishes). Then in the summer the lights started flashing red so I changed the filter and it won't switch to green anymore. I've tried removing and reinstalling the filter multiple times, but I couldn't get it back to green. I think a piece broke off, but I have no idea. I bought this because it was a newer version (the old one I had was upright and lasted over 3 years!). Now I have to keep track of the date so I know when to change the filter. There is also NO valid 800 number to call. The one they contain goes to a completely different company. In general, I'm very disgusted that he fell apart even before he was a year old. One caveat: if it works, it's great. The water tastes great, eliminates the chlorine taste and any rust in the water. The pipes in our city are old so this is a must see.
