Ideal for storing dog leashes on the beach, but also in the water!

Me don't buy this training I bought this for my dog to keep on leash and play in the water and I don't get wet aggressive) now things I hadn't planned seagulls I'm chasing a seagull and mine Thumb paid the price with a blister/rope burn like no other Hold my wrist so it doesn't come off but Lord my thumb will know to heal for a while.
