I love how easy it is for me (or any level of expertise) in accounting or finance knowledge! Also that they can provide an end-to -end solution starting with market research all way through due diligence process as well providing legal/financial closing documents such has D&O notes etc are great too!! They've got excellent technical support which makes things very efficient when working together remotely at times we need more than one person available from our offices.
