I bought this chair for my son and he loved it. The frame of the chair is strong. The color selection is excellent. The fabric is really nice and looks durable. However, the way it is stitched/stitched is less than desirable. He may have only used the chair for three weeks before the seams came apart and the chair became unusable. I thought this would be the perfect opportunity for my son to learn a lesson by writing a letter to the seller and sharing his story. So he wrote the note. He hoped for something positive from his note. However, the answer shattered him. The answer was that more than 30 days had passed since the purchase, they could not do anything. Wow! I understand the 30 day return policy for items you change your mind about, but I would expect a little more time for faulty products. Or at least offer options to fix the chair or replace it at a discount.
